New Jersey Training on Demand

NJ Training on Demand is a unique project funded by the NJ Department of Labor & Workforce Development, designed to develop and deliver skill training programs to NJ unemployed residents to meet the employment needs of New Jersey businesses, such as yours, and at no cost to you.


How does Training on Demand work?

The training is developed by college faculty under your guidance and delivered at your local community college location. The screening of candidates is provided by the local WIB and community college, again under your guidance and active participation.


What makes this program different?

Training on Demand is employer-driven. The keys to success are that the training is current to the employer needs today, and employers are actively involved with the colleges and trainees throughout the process. All costs of the training are covered.
